"It's the ability to follow through integrity. And then also, establishing loyalty and, honesty towards whatever you believe is the right way of doing the type of work you do."

"It's been a lot of the challenge I have with some of my crew even trying to educate them. I say, hey. They think that concrete special and that, you know, oh, concrete's different from this or that reality is business is business."

"I feel like what I found construction is that high level of camaraderie. Very similar to what I experienced in the military when, you know, commander gives the orders Sergeant tells us what to do."

"Small Business ownership gives you a high sense of identity, a high sense of purpose. And what I'm loving about what I'm seeing here is we can form a really strong commute community of veterans subs."
